Yes. I know from experiance, if I don't hold at least my chin up in the lectures, sometimes my whole head needs to be held up, I stop thinking and fall unconcious.

hahaha well i think u do need 2....especially fo me in modern studies, apparently i always hold my chin when im explaining something to someone in the class
